Flexible voltage control
We specialise in the development and manufacture of adjustable transformers and offer a wide range of toroidal (ring-type) variable transformers in single-phase or three-phase designs that can be integrated precisely into your application and optimised specifically for your system.
When dealing with electrical energy, it is sometimes essential that the voltage can be flexibly regulated to a specific value. For example, AC voltage sources that have to achieve a specific output voltage use this technology. Adjustable transformers are used wherever fine-grained adjustment of the AC voltage from 0 to the maximum value under load is required.
Available in single-phase or three-phase versions, designed for different currents up to 200 A per individual transformer and, depending on the project, connected in parallel up to six times for up to approx. 1,200 A. Installed in robust steel frames for secure mounting in the housing or control cabinet.
Based on proven, low-maintenance technology with manually or motor-controlled sliding rollers on copper windings for variable, stepless voltage transformation.

Single-phase toroidal variable autotransformers from MBS-MP in a compact, space-saving design: in an open version for stationary installation with central mounting or three-point mounting. Optionally also available mounted in easy-to-install frames. In currents from 0.5 to 200 A; foot-controlled up to 63 A, head-controlled from 75 A.
For manual operation (please order rotary knob and scale separately) or with motor operation; insulation class B, suitable for a maximum ambient temperature of 40°C (ta 40°C/B).

Wir bedienen mit unseren Ringstelltransformatoren alle Anwendungen in der eine variable und stufenlose Spannungsregelung gefordert wird. Diese kommt insbesondere in der elektrotechnischen Labor- und Prüftechnik in der Elektroindustrie, dem Maschinenbau, der Antriebs- und Automatisierungstechnik, Energiesparanlagen oder in speziellen Prüfzentren zum Einsatz.
